Lottery.com recently entered into a definitive agreement to become a publicly listed company through a business combination with special purpose acquisition company, Trident Acquisitions Corp. (NASDAQ: TDAC).

In the briefing, DiMatteo said the company was founded on the belief that lottery players should be able to purchase and manage their tickets online and explained its business model.
